NOC

The IMDC Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors all datacenter activities, access control, power, environmentals, and OSP fiber 7x24x365. The NOC  is also available to handle customer trouble tickets and remote hands requests.

Remote Hands

IMDC’s Remote Hands solution enables customers outside our region to leverage our solutions and gain access to the critical hub of Miami and beyond. Remote Hands delivers technical assistance, including making connections, changing harddrives and providing services for any number of other IT requirements as needed.

As part of our commitment to serving as the gateway to LATAM and the Caribbean, Remote Hands enables us to manage clients’ network, server and cloud environments. This creates the ideal solution for clients beyond our region, supporting growth strategies and enhancing network capabilities.

HD CCTV

IMDC has high definition closed circuit television cameras and Network Video Recording (NVR) installed to provide customers with a secured and monitored datacenter environment. The HD CCTV system is monitored by the NOC and remotely by IMDC personnel. These security measures build upon the commitment to network security that we have already established by offering dark fiber solutions with our metro fiber loop. EMS

IMDC has a state of the art environmental monitoring system installed throughout the datacenter. The EMS monitors power, temperature, humidity, and water at all key locations throughout the IMDC facility. EMS alarms are monitored by the NOC and remotely by IMDC personnel. Along with the internal environment, our facility protects mission critical equipment against the dangers of the outdoor environment, boasting a category five hurricane rating, indoor generator and fuel tank locations and more. Infrastructure

IMDC’s Miami facility is designed to comply with demanding standards and operated according to industry best practices. This dedication to compliance amplifies the strategic nature of our facility, which is located in Miami’s premier carrier hotel at 36 NE Second Street and resides in the same building as the leading Internet Exchange FL-IX.

Space

Our scalable, flexible and customized data center space includes secure racks, half-racks, cages and dedicated private suites. Flexible space and capabilities is a top priority for us, as it is for our clients. As such, we ensure that our interconnection options are customizable for enhanced network diversity and speed. We also provide a fully owned and operated metro fiber loop, offering dark fiber and long haul connectivity, which enables us maximum control to deliver the agile solutions our clients need with added security and capacity.
